Publication Ethics

The journal follows the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Duties of authors

Authors guarantee originality, disclose conflicts of interest and funding, list all contributors correctly and promptly report significant errors in their published work.

Duties of reviewers

Reviewers treat manuscripts as confidential, review objectively and declare any conflict of interest.

Duties of editors

Editors evaluate manuscripts on scientific merit only, regardless of authors' race, gender, religion, nationality or affiliation, and do not use unpublished material for their own research.

Misconduct, corrections and retractions

Suspected misconduct (plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate publication) is handled according to COPE flowcharts. Corrections, expressions of concern and retractions are published as separate notices linked to the original article.
